Returns and Refunds
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must inform us by email to email@example.com ASAP and the items should reach us no later than 14 days after the date you received your items and subject to the terms and conditions detailed below
Kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your items for exchange or return. We will guide you through the process.
Always mention your order number in all correspondence.
The cost and safety of the items are your responsibility until it is received back.
Terms and conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please handle all items with great care, as these items are your responsibility once they are in your possession.
If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return the eligible items(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. However, we do not refund the original shipping fees.
All product packaging and invoices must be returned with the items. Any Items(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
